Here's an interesting looking jelly pond dotticure! It was done with multiple layers. The key for this manicure is to use a jelly (not opaque) nail polish. Let's start!
I first painted some white polka dots in different sizes as the first layer. Then I painted a jelly orange polish over it.
I then repeated these steps sandwiching the white dots and the jelly polish. This will show the different depths of the polka dots. Cool right?
