I was trying to make a wavy line with these dots on the combined of all four fingers, if you can tell :P . The base color was a gorgeous burgundy polish by Urban Outfitters. I got a few bottles on sale for 99 cents each and they are super good in quality! This was with 2 coats.
I then added some polka dots with the light lime green in different sizes in a wavy shape. And I repeated this with the pink and glittery gold polish. I purposely overlapped some dots to make it look more random. The wave didn't turn out as obvious as I would like but it still looked nice, right?
